
Cheesy Baked Spaghetti Casserole 🍝🧀
Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) spaghetti
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara or tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
- Brown beef in a pan with onion. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Assemble
- Mix spaghetti with half of the meat sauce.
- Spread into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
