Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (lightly crushed)

- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 medium parsnips, sliced (optional but traditional)
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 6 cups beef broth (or water)
