🧾 Ingredients (for homemade version – ~10 sausages):
- 2.5 kg pork shoulder (or pork butt)
- 0.5 kg pork back fat, diced
- 45–50 g salt
- 25 g sweet Hungarian paprika
- 5 g hot paprika (optional)
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 g black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (crushed, optional)
- Natural hog casings, soaked and rinsed
- Optional: curing salt (if smoking/drying long-term)
