🍗 Hungarian Chicken Paprikash (Paprikás Csirke)
🛒 Ingredients:
- 2–3 tbsp lard or vegetable oil
- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika (do not substitute with spicy unless preferred)
- 2 ½ to 3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (or 2 tbsp tomato paste)
