🛒 Ingredients (Makes 6 Chimney Cakes)
For the Dough:
✔ 500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour 🌾
✔ 7g (1 packet) instant yeast 🍞
✔ 200ml (¾ cup) warm milk 🥛
✔ 50g (¼ cup) sugar 🍚
✔ 2 eggs 🥚
✔ 80g (⅓ cup) butter, melted 🧈
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
✔ ½ tsp salt 🧂
For the Coating:
✔ 100g (½ cup) sugar 🍚
✔ 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) 🍂
✔ 50g (¼ cup) butter, melted 🧈
Optional Toppings:
✔ Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts) 🌰
✔ Grated coconut 🥥
✔ Cocoa powder 🍫

1️⃣ Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
