🥤 Garlic, Oregano & Cinnamon Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 small clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (or a few fresh leaves)
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Lemon slice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water until hot (not boiling hard).
  2. Add cinnamon and oregano, let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add crushed garlic and mix well.
  4. Let it sit for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Strain if you prefer a smooth drink.
  6. Add honey or lemon if you like.
