  • 2 tbsp Hungarian paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 500 g sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 400 ml water or broth
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
