📝 Ingredients

  • Pinch of salt

For Coating:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 packets vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon vanilla powder)

  1. Make the Dough
    In a bowl, mix flour, ground nuts, powdered sugar, and salt.
    Add softened butter and vanilla.
    Mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Chill
    Wrap dough and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
  3. Shape
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Take small pieces of dough, roll into short logs, and gently curve into crescent shapes.
    Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden (do not overbake).
  5. Coat
    While still warm, gently roll cookies in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
    Let cool completely.
