Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For the Chicken:

  • 500 g (1 lb) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken:
    In a bowl, toss chicken bites with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit 15–30 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken:
    Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    Grill chicken bites 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  3. Make sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
  4. Serve:
    Arrange grilled chicken bites on a plate. Drizzle or serve with creamy garlic sauce on the side.
    Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
