
Ingredients – Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Ingredients – Walnut Filling:
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
- Roll dough into small rectangles.
- Mix walnuts, sugar, milk, and cinnamon to make filling.
- Spread walnut filling over rectangles and roll up tightly.
- Place rolls on a lined baking tray.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely, slice, and serve.
