
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2–3/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and water; mix into a sticky batter.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Drop batter into boiling water using a spoon or dumpling maker.
- Cook until dumplings float, then boil 1–2 minutes more.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
