
Ingredients
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp oil (plus more for frying)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and oil until smooth and thin.
- Rest batter 15 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan.
- Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat.
- Cook until edges lift, flip, cook briefly.
- Stack and keep warm.
