
A classic made with just salt, pepper, and garlic — pure flavor, no extras 😊
📝 Ingredients:
- Pork parts for jelly (pork hocks, feet, skin, ears – as preferred)
- Cold water (enough to cover)
- Salt, to taste
- Black peppercorns
- 4–6 cloves garlic, crushed
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Clean the pork pieces thoroughly and place them in a large pot.
- Cover with cold water.
- Bring slowly to a boil, then reduce to very low heat.
- Skim off any foam that forms on top.
- Add salt, peppercorns, and crushed garlic.
- Simmer gently for 4–5 hours, without stirring, until the meat is very tender and the broth is rich.
- Remove the meat, place it into bowls, and pour the strained broth over it.
- Let cool, then refrigerate until fully set.
