
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 8–10 slices bacon
For the filling:
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts thin between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Lay bacon slices over each chicken breast.
- Mix cream cheese, onion, green pepper, garlic, and parsley.
- Spread the filling evenly on the chicken.
- Roll the chicken tightly and wrap completely with bacon.
- Wrap each roll in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35–40 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for another 10 minutes to brown the bacon.
