
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup water or milk
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Beat in eggs and water to make a sticky, soft dough.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Press dough through a spaetzle maker or cut small pieces into the water.
- Cook until dumplings float (2–3 minutes).
- Remove with slotted spoon and serve immediately.
