
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz linguine, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add broth and cream, simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Add chicken and linguine, toss to coat well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
