Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz linguine, cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broth and cream, simmer 3–4 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
  6. Add chicken and linguine, toss to coat well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
