Ingredients

- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Cream Layer
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup cream cheese OR mascarpone
- 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Base & Topping
- 150–180g Lotus Biscoff biscuits (crushed or whole for layering)
- 2–3 tbsp melted butter (if you want a firmer crust)
