Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, flax)

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm milk (240 ml — not hot!)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
