Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs (680g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add half the steak cubes in a single layer. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and repeat with remaining steak.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return steak to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter for 1 minute.
  6. Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve hot! 🤤
