🍽️ Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk or water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp instant yeast (or ½ packet active dry yeast)
- 2 tbsp oil (plus more for frying)
For topping:
- 2–3 cloves garlic, crushed (mixed with a little water or oil)
- Sour cream
- Grated cheese (like Emmental, mozzarella, or cheddar)
