  • 6 large eggs (separated)
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour (sifted)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 ½ cups (340 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar

  • 3 tbsp water
