  • In a large bowl, combine: flour + salt + instant yeast.
  • Pour in warm water.
  • Mix with a spoon until it forms a sticky dough.

2️⃣ First Rise

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel.
  • Let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.

3️⃣ Shape

  • Dust the counter with a little flour.
  • Gently shape the dough into a ball or loaf (don’t overwork it).

4️⃣ Second Rise

  • Place onto a baking sheet or inside a loaf pan.
  • Let it rest for 20–30 minutes while the oven preheats.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and crisp on top.
