- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup (25 g) oats
Instructions
- Mash banana: In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Mix: Add eggs and oats; stir until well combined.
- Cook:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter to form small pancakes.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and set.
- Serve: Enjoy as is, or top with peanut butter, berries, or a drizzle of honey.
