10-Minute No-Flour Dessert

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version) or 2 tbsp peanut butter (for peanut version)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, nuts, or fruit

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients:
    In a blender, combine cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder or peanut butter, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour & chill:
    Pour mixture into serving cups or a small dish. Chill for 5–10 minutes to slightly thicken (it will still be creamy).
  3. Serve:
    Top with chocolate shavings, nuts, or fresh fruit if desired. Enjoy immediately!
