
👩🍳 Instructions
- Make the crust:
- In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan. Set aside.
- Whip the cream:
- In a cold mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Make the filling:
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Assemble:
- Spoon the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (if you have the time) or pop in the freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up faster.
