- 3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp (7g) instant yeast (or 25g fresh yeast)
- 1 ½ cups (350ml) warm milk (or half milk, half water)
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower or vegetable)
