
📝 Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups cooked rice (cold or leftover works best)
- ½ cup wheat flour
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Parsley & chives (to taste)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Oil for frying
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
2️⃣ Add the cooked rice and mix well.
3️⃣ Stir in the onion, garlic, parsley, and chives.
4️⃣ Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
5️⃣ Mix in the flour and baking powder until you get a thick batter.
6️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
7️⃣ Spoon the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
8️⃣ Fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
9️⃣ Drain on paper towels and serve hot 🔥
