
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line with parchment paper. (8×8 or 9-inch round)
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:
- Oil
- Eggs
- Brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Milk (or yogurt)
- Vanilla extract
- Add in the dry ingredients directly into the same bowl:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Cinnamon or nutmeg (if using)
- Mix until smooth – don’t overmix. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if you like.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy! 🥰
💡 Tips:
- Swap milk for buttermilk for extra fluff.
- Add a cream cheese glaze or dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
- This works great as cupcakes too — just reduce baking time to ~20 minutes.
