- Prep & Mix

- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, milk, cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, seasonings, salt & pepper.
- Bake the cupcakes
- Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Fill each cup with meat mixture, pressing gently.
- Spoon a small bit of ketchup on top of each.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
- Make whipped potato frosting
- Mash potatoes with butter, warm milk, and salt until creamy.
- Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Decorate
- Once meatloaf cupcakes cool slightly, pipe potatoes on top like frosting.
- Add chives or bacon for fun presentation!
