- Roll it up tightly from the long side to form a log.
- Slice into 1-inch rounds using a sharp knife.
- Place on the baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm — optionally with sour cream or a dipping sauce.
