1. Make the dough
- In a bowl, combine:
- Warm milk
- Sugar
- Yeast
Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add:
- Egg
- Melted butter
- Flour
- Salt
- Mix and knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
2. Prepare the filling

5. Bake

- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes,
until the sesame seeds are golden and the rolls are beautifully puffed.
6. Serve
