🦞🔥 Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the lobster tails

  • Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell down the center, stopping before the tail fin.
  • Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell (“butterfly” style).
  • Remove any veins and pat the meat dry.

2. Make the garlic butter

Mix:

  • Melted butter
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper

Brush generously over the lobster meat.


3. Broil (or bake)

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Broil method (best):

  • Set oven to broil (high)
  • Place tray on middle rack
  • Cook 6–8 minutes, depending on size
  • Meat should be white, opaque, and slightly firm

Bake method:

  • 220°C / 425°F
  • Bake 10–12 minutes

Brush with extra garlic butter halfway through for maximum juiciness.


4. Finish

When done:

  • Add another drizzle of garlic butter
  • Squeeze lemon on top
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley
