- Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat, add butter, minced garlic, and herbs. Toss steak bites in garlic butter until coated. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Make Creamy Parmesan Shells
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta shells in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve
- Plate creamy Parmesan shells and top with garlic butter steak bites.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

- Use room-temperature steak for even cooking and better sear.
- For extra richness, add a splash of white wine or chicken broth to the cream sauce.
