For the Filet Mignon:
- 2 filet mignon steaks (6β8 oz each)
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Cream Sauce:
- Β½ cup shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
- Β½ cup lobster meat, chopped (cooked)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ΒΌ cup white wine (optional, dry wine like Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pinch of paprika or Cajun seasoning (optional)
- Chopped parsley or chives, for garnish
- Optional: grated Parmesan (1β2 tbsp for extra richness)
