  • 12 mini tart shells (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1–1½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 3 full-size bars or 6 fun-size)
  • Optional: drizzle of melted chocolate or chocolate chips for garnish
