In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and chili flakes.
2️⃣ Marinate the Chicken:
Add chicken pieces to the bowl, stir to coat well, and cover. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
