1. Prepare the base:

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, powdered sugar, and peanut butter.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of muffin liners or silicone muffin molds (makes about 12).

2. Make the chocolate topping:

  • Melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter together (microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth).
  • Pour and spread over the peanut butter layer in each cup.

3. Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
  • Carefully pop them out and enjoy!

  • You can top them with sea salt, crushed peanuts, or even a drizzle of white chocolate before chilling.
