
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare your pan:
Line a small square pan (6×6 or 7×7 inch) with parchment paper or grease it lightly with butter. Set aside. - Combine and cook:
In a nonstick pan over low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk and milk powder. Stir continuously with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. - Thicken:
Keep stirring on low heat for about 8–10 minutes, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. It should form a soft dough-like texture. - Transfer and set:
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm. - Cut and serve:
Once set, remove from the pan and cut into small squares. Enjoy your melt-in-the-mouth milk fudge!
💡 Optional Add-ins (to make it extra special):
- A pinch of cardamom powder or vanilla extract
- Chopped pistachios, almonds, or cashews on top
- A drizzle of melted chocolate
