🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Lightly spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
3️⃣ Spread the cottage cheese evenly in the dish.
4️⃣ Crack the eggs on top of the cottage cheese.
