
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Blanch the Beans
Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add green beans and boil for about 3–4 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
2️⃣ Prep the Carrots
Julienne or shred the carrots. Add them to a large bowl.
Toss in the cooled green beans.
3️⃣ Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), minced garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin/paprika if using.
Pour over the veggies and toss well to coat.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately — or chill for 30 minutes for extra flavor infusion! 😋
