🔹 Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
🔹 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and scrub potatoes (leave skin on for extra crispiness).
- Cut into wedges.
- Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes (optional but helps crispiness).
- Dry thoroughly with a towel.
Step 2: Season
- In a bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
- Add Parmesan and mix well.
Step 3: Bake
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange wedges skin-side down in a single layer.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For extra crisp, broil 2–3 minutes at the end.
Step 4: Finish
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan and fresh parsley on top.
- Serve hot with garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo.
