  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

🔹 Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Wash and scrub potatoes (leave skin on for extra crispiness).
  2. Cut into wedges.
  3. Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes (optional but helps crispiness).
  4. Dry thoroughly with a towel.

Step 2: Season

  1. In a bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  2. Add Parmesan and mix well.

Step 3: Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange wedges skin-side down in a single layer.

Step 4: Finish
