- 4 medium potatoes

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
๐น Instructions:
Step 1: Prep the Potatoes
- Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes.
- Cut into even cubes.
- Soak in cold water for 20โ30 minutes (removes starch for extra crispiness).
- Drain and pat completely dry.
Step 2: Season
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Mix well to coat evenly.
Step 3: Cook

- Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF).
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
- Bake 30โ40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
๐ณ Frying Method (Extra Crispy)
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Fry in batches until golden brown (4โ6 minutes).
- Drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Finish
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with ketchup, garlic sauce, or spicy mayo.
