Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes 12–15 min until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and place on a baking tray.
  3. Gently smash each potato with a glass.
  4. Mix oil + butter + garlic + paprika + oregano + salt + pepper.
  5. Brush generously over potatoes.
  6. Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
  7. Optional: add parmesan for the last 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
