
Instructions
- Boil potatoes 12–15 min until fork-tender.
- Drain and place on a baking tray.
- Gently smash each potato with a glass.
- Mix oil + butter + garlic + paprika + oregano + salt + pepper.
- Brush generously over potatoes.
- Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
- Optional: add parmesan for the last 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
