Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers (preferably thin-skinned or English cucumbers)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup water
- 3 tbsp white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 small onion, very thinly sliced
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for creamy version)
