🛒 Ingredients

✔ 500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour 🌾

✔ 200ml (¾ cup) warm milk 🥛
✔ 1 egg 🥚
✔ 1 teaspoon sugar 🍚
✔ 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
✔ 200g (1 cup) grated cheese (Emmental, Gouda, or Cheddar) 🧀
✔ 1 egg for brushing 🥚
