
Instructions:
- Soak alligator pieces in buttermilk for 1ā2 hours.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge alligator pieces in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Fry in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4ā6 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
