1. Cook the Beef
- Brown beef with onion.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, herbs.
- Drain excess fat, set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
- Mix soup + milk until smooth.
- Season lightly with salt & pepper.
3. Layer in Baking Dish
- Grease a dish.
- Add sliced potatoes.
- Spoon beef over top.
- Pour sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese.
Repeat layers until done.
4. Bake
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375Β°F / 190Β°C for 50β60 min, until potatoes are tender.
- Remove foil, top with more cheese, and bake another 10β15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
