🍰 No-Bake Homemade Cake – Soft & Creamy with Ladyfingers and Mascarpone

An easy, creamy no-bake dessert that’s perfect when you want something sweet without turning on the oven!


📝 Ingredients

  • 500 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • ½ can caramel (dulce de leche)
  • 14 ladyfingers
  • 15 plain biscuits
  • 24 cocoa biscuits
  • 1 cup milk

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cream
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and mascarpone, then mix until smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Layer the Base
Line a 24×24 cm (9×9 inch) pan with parchment paper.
Place a layer of plain biscuits on the bottom.

3️⃣ Add Cream & Cocoa Biscuits
Spread a layer of cream over the biscuits.
Add a layer of cocoa biscuits on top.

4️⃣ Caramel Layer
Spread a layer of caramel.
Add another layer of cocoa biscuits.
Spread another layer of cream.

5️⃣ Top Layer
Dip the ladyfingers briefly in milk and place them over the cream layer.

6️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (preferably overnight) until firm.
