1. Prepare the Pan
- Line an 8Γ8 inch pan with parchment or foil.
- Sprinkle half the peanuts on the bottom and gently press them down.
2. Make the Filling
- In a saucepan, heat marshmallows, peanut butter, and butter.
- Stir constantly over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla if using.
3. Assemble
- Pour the warm mixture over the peanuts in the pan.
- Spread evenly.
- Immediately sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.
- Press lightly so they stick.
