- Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined. - Layer the Dessert
- In a 9×13 inch dish, place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top, then spread the remaining pudding mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Top with Chocolate Frosting
- Microwave the can of chocolate frosting (lid off) for about 15–20 seconds to soften slightly. Stir, then spread evenly over the top graham cracker layer.
- Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) so the graham crackers can soften into a cake-like texture.
📝 Tips:
- For extra flavor, use French vanilla or cheesecake pudding.
- You can make a homemade ganache if you prefer over canned frosting.
